Boyd Epley

“At Nebraska, I built a strength and conditioning program that empowered thousands of athletes to achieve greatness. The key was a systematic approach fueled by their drive to succeed. Today, I share those same lessons through speaking and consulting—helping others unlock their potential and build a culture of excellence.”

The Epley Advantage is a science-backed platform built on over 50 years of athletic performance research. It offers coaches—and athletes—a way to evaluate and elevate performance through two dynamic tools:
The Performance Index (EAPI) and the Strength Index (EASI)
With dashboards that let coaches monitor athlete development over time, the Epley Advantage gives data-driven clarity to what matters most—helping athletes unlock their potential and teams secure championships. Trusted globally, it’s designed for anyone serious about measurable performance.

Performance Index (EAPI): Measures power, agility, and speed via vertical jump, pro‑agility run, and the 10‑yard dash—then converts results into globally comparable points to track athletic prowess and progress.

Strength Index (EASI): Uses a proprietary algorithm to quantify weight-room gains and ensure strength programs are truly producing results. If neither index improves, the training strategy is reevaluated.
